Size selections not right

I sent back body shaper because it was too large - even tho I followed their instructions in selecting a size. They sent me the next smaller size, still too big - even tho it should have been better. Sent it back to get the next smaller size and they kept it and didn't send me one back- their sizes and recommendations for selecting your size are not right. Their sizes are much larger than marked. They need to review their sizes, correct the error, and make accurate recommendations to their customers. Then when customers send product back, they need to send correct size even if it takes several tries.

I had the opposite experience. Sizes were much smaller than expected when they arrived.

Free items have a high cost when they are useless. Paid extra to ship something I can't even use.

Customer service is a joke to them!

Don't waste your time or your money.
